The room was generally clean; good breakfast; staff very friendly the next morning. At arrival the receptionist was very unfriendly; on request he reluctantly fetched a bottle of mineral water, which was overcharged on the next morning’s bill. When a pillow case had shifted that morning, the pillow turned out to be dirty brown. The manager was contacted by email, but there was no response.

I booked two nights months in advance at a good rate, and when I added a third night the price was almost the same as for two nights. The breakfast was generous and tasty, and the hotel offers free underground parking.

The location is great, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast is extensive; the rooms are quiet even though the hotel is centrally located. A restaurant, bakery, and ice cream shop are within walking distance, and there’s a parking garage right next to the hotel.

The noise from the street was overwhelming, the ventilation was awful, and the rooms were not clean. I wouldn’t choose this place again, especially not in the morning when the noise is so high.
