The location, the room, and breakfast were all good, yet the service fell short: when we arrived there was no receptionist, so after 20 minutes I had to ask the guard about a receptionist. The receptionist’s attitude was unkind and not up to the standard we expected, and when we went to the pool she told us it was already closed in a similarly unfriendly way. The breakfast staff, however, were all friendly and that saved the day.

The hotel is nice and offers good value for the price. It’s very close to the kibbutz, has many Israeli guests, a decent pool, and great rooftop fries. The lobby lacks air‑conditioning, so you start sweating while waiting for service, and the elevator has trouble with the card. Breakfast is average.

The location, cleanliness, and service were fine, but the couch for my son was uncomfortable and made a lot of noise.
