A quiet spot with a big pool and only four apartments, so it never feels crowded. The rooms don’t have air‑conditioning, so the inside temperature rose to 28 °C during our stay, though there was one fan available.

The place was perfect, a peaceful spot surrounded by nature. Enza and Paolo were very kind and gave us tips on the best sights in Tuscany. COOP.FI supermarket is nearby and the highway exit is close. The pool is exceptional. Mosquitoes were a problem.

The hilltop setting with olive trees was gorgeous. Even though July was hot, a fresh breeze kept it comfortable. Enza and Paolo are super friendly and helpful. The pool is large, well‑maintained, and offers shaded spots.
