The room was exceptionally clean and the bedding superb, but I wish I had known that dinner service ends at 5 PM on a Sunday.

Right off track, the quiet location sits on the edge of town and the lovely patio with a water feature creates a Zen setting; the small restaurant serves delicious regional meals, the rooms are smart and well appointed with excellent shower facilities, and the staff is warm and helpful.

Off the beaten path a bit, it’s worth the walk—locals all seem to come here for socializing; the comfortable and historic room has been updated beautifully and has all you need and want; the food is great and the terrace lovely.
