All staff are kind and very supportive ^^ Especially N’Aum and N’Palm, super kind and really generous people. Also 2 aunties who are taking care of the cleaning part so generous!!! The location also great for access to the airport. Highly recommend ^^ Nothing!!!

The location is spot‑on and the beds are comfy, but the air‑conditioning is awful – I had to wake up at night to switch it off and then on again because it never reaches the set temperature, so it gets freezing. There was no hot water, no sheets, only a small blanket, and nobody was around.

The location was perfect and the staff were great ❤️.

The building sits five minutes from the metro stop and the train heading to the airport; I stayed in a private room on the third floor, and the staff were friendly and helped with a late check‑in and luggage storage after check‑out. The cleaning could have been better—there were ants.

The spot was quiet, clean, and close to the suspended train for tourist spots, but my room was on the fourth floor and the climb up was a bit tiring 😅.
