The air‑conditioning in my room wasn’t working; the staff tried to fix it but failed, and they didn’t even offer a room change even after I insisted. I had a terrible night.

Excellent cost‑benefit. Nothing else to add.

The instructions were great, the bed was comfortable, everything was very clean and hygienic, breakfast was excellent, and it’s the best hotel in Araguaína.

Breakfast was good. The morning corridor noise was a bit annoying.

The service, parking, and breakfast were great, but the room air took a while to cool down.
