Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was marred by a pervasive and overwhelming cigarette smell that made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Despite booking two rooms on different floors, the issue persisted, affecting both our family's comfort and enjoyment. The hotel's inability to address this fundamental problem left a lasting impression.
