The property enforces a strict 'no check‑in before 2 pm' rule, even when the room is ready and the guest offers to pay extra. It was very frustrating to arrive early, and I won't book here again.

I appreciated the hotel's staff, who were incredibly helpful and always willing to lend a hand. The morning buffet was also a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious food, including tasty Myanmar dishes that I'll miss. However, I felt that the price was quite high compared to other currencies.

I had a rather disappointing experience with the room's air conditioning, which was inconsistent and sometimes didn't work at all. To make matters worse, the parquet flooring was loose and ended up cutting my foot. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
