Facilities, service, location. They want to charge with a dollar exchange rate far above the current one.
“Bad”
The elevators were broken, customer service was poor, the TV remote didn’t work, Wi‑Fi was bad, there were hairs in the bathroom, and the room was too small.
The location was excellent for my needs, but the façade is still under construction.
“PRACTICA”
The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, but the first two dishes I wanted at the restaurant weren’t on offer; the one I finally got was okay, the TV remote only works when it’s practically touching the screen, and while the sofa doesn’t smell bad, a deeper clean would be welcome.
“Mejor hotel para quedarse en Juárez”
The front‑desk staff were extremely friendly and eager to help whenever I needed something, always resolving issues with great willingness. The place feels welcoming, from the dining/family room to the rooms themselves. It’s a nice refuge knowing that getting out isn’t very convenient. The location is close to the US consulate and the shopping mall.
