Everything was immaculate—from the bedding and bathroom to the hotel’s common areas—and the staff earned a perfect 100/100; when Ko lost his passport, they located it and even sent a driver to another city for him, thank you! The pool was closed for renovation, and I think that should have been flagged on the booking site before I reserved, not after I arrived.

The place was infested with rats, so don’t go. It was also full of bugs and rats that stole and contaminated food.

It felt like a slice of paradise; the location was stunning and the service surpassed anything I’d imagined. Every element, from breakfast to the restaurants, was impeccably handled. A special shout‑out to Suraya, who treated us like royalty and made us feel pampered the entire time. 🤍 I couldn’t find anything to criticize—everything was outstanding.
