The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, especially Rosie, who gave a personalized tour around the property, left thoughtful goodies on the dining table, and communicated well while discussing conservation and biodiversity in the wildlife sanctuary; the pantry was well provisioned and there was mushroom forage under the pines; the accommodation was comfortable, clean, and easy to find, and Wally the Wollemi Pine was a highlight; highly recommended for bird enthusiasts and nature lovers.

“A lovely granny flat offering private, environmentally focused getaway.”

I stayed in a lovely detached granny flat that was completely private, with a kitchen, couch, TV, bedroom, and bathroom all very comfortable and homely. On the second day we bumped into the hosts, who were lovely and warm during our chat. Check‑in was easy thanks to good communication via the app, and Rosie, the customer‑service‑manager pooch, made sure our mornings and evenings were filled with wags and cuteness.

From the moment I arrived, everything felt cozy, welcoming, and relaxing, and the whole place had a beautiful, calming vibe that made it easy to unwind and enjoy the night. Rosie, the sweetest tour guide 🐶, made my stay even more memorable, and Sarah was absolutely wonderful—so warm, welcoming, and incredibly hospitable.
