“Très agréable”

The setting blends naturally with the surrounding environment and the calm of the property is appreciated, along with the focus on environmental preservation. The rooms are beautiful, well‑decorated, and comfortable, and the pool right in front of the rooms is very pleasant. Nobody was waiting for us when we arrived; we received all the information via WhatsApp with videos to guide us, but in complete darkness it was still hard to find the place, and nothing on the street indicates the hotel.

The house is very comfortable, the staff is very friendly, and having access to the beach club across the street is a real plus. The pool was not clean.

The bed is comfortable, the location is great, and the terrace is nice. Water from the shower leaked, and the room felt very dark.

The hotel was great and very quiet. I think a washing machine would be useful; I had to wash some clothes and there was nowhere nearby to do it.

A fantastic place with a manager who reacts instantly when something goes wrong and is super friendly! The rooms are very pretty, clean, maybe a bit dark, but that's the price of the jungle! :) Beach access right across from the hotel; just buy a drink to use the facilities like sun loungers! It’s a bit far from the center and restaurants or bars, but that keeps you away from the noise of Tulum’s many parties and lets you sleep in peace.
