The place is paradisiacal, with something fun to do in every season. The hotel is beautiful and has delicious food. The vegan options are especially wonderful.

We had two large rooms for one night. The rooms were clean, but the facilities are old. During check‑in we were briefly greeted and asked to be patient. I feel that the staff should first greet the guest before leaving everything in place. The waiters and other staff were helpful, not more, not less.

The location was great and the service was incredibly good; the lobby and rooms were fine, although the bathrooms felt a bit dated. The wellness area, however, was noticeably old.
