The hotel was decent, staff friendly and the local food was very good, especially the breakfast which was perfect, though the shower felt a bit odd but acceptable.

This resort by the sea is very beautiful and designed with children in mind, offering a great view and dreamy sunsets; families are highly recommended. The reception staff were extremely friendly and always helpful, and the playroom games were constantly refreshed. We stayed in the off‑season when the hotel wasn’t fully booked, but the room service was unfortunately poor, the cleaning not very thorough, and dishes were left unwashed for days.

The location is fantastic! We suggest Bungalows 101 and 102 for their prime beach spot where we always enjoyed a nice breeze on the terrace; farther back it gets noticeably hotter. The resort is beautifully designed with lush plants, a restaurant, a chill area right on the beach, a great pool with a fun slide, swings, and hammocks. Our room was spacious enough for us (a couple with a 9‑year‑old), nice, and the air conditioning worked well. The shower drain clogged twice but was fixed immediately. The beach massages were excellent and the ladies very kind. Restaurant service was a bit slow and it only stayed open until 7 p.m., which is understandable in the off‑season, but overall the food was delicious and well presented. Breakfast was also good and varied. All in all, we had a wonderful time at Lanta Riviera Beach and would definitely recommend it.
