“Disapointing “family room” but excellent breakfast”
The breakfast is excellent and adds value, but it can’t make up for the neglected state of our room, which falls far below expectations at the current price. The “family room” in a separate building outside the main hotel needed much more care: no kettle, only one of four nightlights worked (two bulbs missing), a flickering main bulb, and cracks in the walls. Even more concerning were safety issues—the backyard door couldn’t be locked, the main room entrance door couldn’t be locked from inside, and a missing terrace element was only taped over, making the room unsuitable for small children despite the “family” label. Unfortunately, despite the beautiful location, these problems were a major let‑down.
