The place was very clean and very close to amenities, the owner was very helpful and quick to reply, and nothing was negative.

“Do not recommend this caravan.”

The only good thing about the caravan was its proximity to the amenities, but it was the worst caravan I have stayed in; the bathroom door hung off, no screws in the top hinge, making it a nightmare to lift and close the door whenever someone needed the toilet; I was told by the cleaner that maintenance would come out and fix it, and they never came despite me explaining that I have two children with disabilities and it was a hazard; the stairs leading into the caravan were an absolute state and seemed about to collapse; I also mentioned this to the cleaner, and she agreed they needed sorting and were not safe, and that my son fell on them, they were wobbly and the side to hold on was unstable; a shelf broke off; the main double room light was not working, apparently due to the light switch; this caravan needs a lot of maintenance sorted before it should be open to the public as it is a hazard; it was not clean; the bedding was shocking, disgusting stains all over, crumbs on the mattresses which I would expect to be clean; I messaged James about the problems, but he was on holiday and said to approach the cleaner; I did but clearly was no help because maintenance did not come for the door; and I would have expected that in the few days I was there, James would have been in touch; I ended up leaving early due to the problems with this caravan; absolutely shocking, the owner and staff of this caravan were useless; I would completely avoid, especially since my son was hurt due to their neglecting the maintenance.

The spot was super convenient, but the handrail on the caravan was loose and a few steps were wobbly.

“Overwhelming”

The location . The smell , the cleanliness, the bathroom door fell of and I had to buy screwdrivers from the town as the door nearly landed on my 1 year old daughter

“Great overnight stay”

The caravan was lovely and clean, the site has improved a lot since my last visit—would love to stay longer, definitely planning to book again, just had to leave early.
