The staff were very helpful with bag storage, breakfast was good, and this is now our preferred hotel in Chicago. It’s easy to reach public transport and the food is solid.

The location is great for a reasonable price, breakfast is included, and it met all our expectations. Nothing else to mention.

The room was nice and many places were within walking distance, plus it was a good spot to stay from the concert venue. There was no parking nearby, so I paid $50 for valet parking, which was really worth it.
