The owners were very attentive and gave good tips for visiting Instituto Inhotim and Memorial Brumadinho. Breakfast was delicious and the attendant was attentive.

The owner, Dona Márcia, was very friendly. But the photos in the listing were completely disconnected from reality. The place was very messy, breakfast was modest, there were cobwebs in the room, the bathroom was outside the common area and had no sink for washing hands, and the security cameras in the common area were always “following” guests, which was very uncomfortable. In short, I do not recommend this place; the value for money is terrible.

The location was great for the main attraction of Inhotim, the lodge was well decorated, cozy with gardens, and there were social spaces and a kitchen with utensils available. The breakfast had few hot dishes, only eggs as protein, and the juices and yogurts were industrial and not suitable for a rural lodge.
