The location is very close to the center. Arriving late at night, the lobby lights were out, so retrieving the key in the dark was quite complicated (if you’re a morning person, it’s a different story). The room didn’t meet expectations: it was cramped, the 90s‑era spring mattress was uncomfortable, there were only two almost invisible pillows, just one set of sheets and no blanket (luckily it wasn’t freezing), a tiny bathroom with the toilet wedged between the wall and shower, terrible lighting, and few power outlets. Overall the room was fairly clean, except for a disturbing stain on the curtain and a bad smell when opening the minibar fridge. We had trouble accessing the link to pay the tourist tax (the hosts told us about it on check‑in and confirmed it), and the booking company called me twice the next morning to process the payment as if it were my fault. Being bothered during a vacation was quite annoying… I was very disappointed.

The place sits nicely 200 metres from the station and 200 metres from the city centre, and it was clean. The staff were impossible to reach, neither when we arrived to learn how to open the gate nor for any other info. I tried calling on arrival but got no answer or return call, so we were locked out. A lady living there kindly opened the gate for us, otherwise I would still have been on the sidewalk at that hour.
