The staff here are genuinely lovely, but the room's lack of soundproofing is a major issue. I could hear every conversation from the hallway and even the distant sound of a band playing on the beach.

This place is super convenient for beach access, but the bathroom is tiny - not a problem for me, but might be for others.

I was really impressed by the friendly staff and comfy bed, and the location is spot on for exploring Boracay. However, the old building does show its age, and the blinds aren't great at blocking out the outside light.

The location is great, and the room was clean, but the constant barking outside and restless nights due to the noise made for a subpar stay.

Unfortunately, this place was way too noisy and overpriced, and to make matters worse, someone swiped my washing.
