“Excellent is the word”
Staff are professional, cleanliness is top notch, food is excellent, and it feels like a home away from home. The wifi is not strong enough.
The place was great and the space was big enough for my family, with staff who were lovely and welcoming, but the food was bad and even after paying for laundry my clothes returned still dirty.

I liked how easy the booking was before I traveled, but as soon as I landed in Diani and was on my way to the hotel I got a call saying they were overbooked; while I could understand that, I didn’t appreciate the staff blaming me and saying “I don’t know how you were able to book this because we’re overbooked,” especially after I mentioned I booked through a listed site and she replied “I have no idea how you did that,” which left a sour feeling.
