“Aardig personeel, maar de bedden en het geluid..”
The staff were incredibly friendly and even tried to use Dutch words for us, helping with everything, and the place stayed clean. We slept in a twin room with two separate beds, but the mattress was very hard and the springs felt like needles in our backs; on top of that, the room was right next to a traffic light whose line was exactly at the height of the accommodation, so we could hear all the cars, scooters and trucks—almost as if we were outside even with the window closed. They left earplugs, but even my professional ones couldn’t block the noise.
