The room and bathroom were nice, the breakfast was excellent, and we enjoyed the free activities the hotel offered. The staff who ran the activities were the best; congratulations on all you do, we liked it a lot! The room was a bit cold at night until we managed to turn on the heater, which no one explained to us.

The location is good and KIKI. We had two stays at the hotel, and for the first two‑night stay we were assigned two rooms in a corner of the hotel with windows facing a hallway that was very closed in. I had to pay a 30 USD nightly surcharge to move to room 204. My son and his wife stayed in the assigned room, and the window didn’t close properly, letting in a lot of cold at night. In the second stay the rooms were fine. During the first stay the restaurant staff were very efficient and served us well. In the second stay we only had breakfast one day because we left early to visit the Seven‑Color Mountain. On the day we did have breakfast, we noticed very little staff and the hotel had more guests, so the service was somewhat deficient due to lack of staff; only one young man served, while two others just watched and cleaned plates.

The location, food, and staff were great! The room was quite uncomfortable because there was no air conditioning, making the air very dry overnight and giving me a severe headache from Cusco’s high altitude.
