The hotel sits in a great spot, literally on the beach and everything nearby is within walking distance. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast, however, was disappointing.

“Cómodo pero caótico”

The location is excellent, within walking distance of almost everything in the city and very close to the sea. The rooms are simple but comfortable, with TV, fridge and safe, which were very useful. The breakfast was adequate but very limited in variety. I expected more from a four‑star hotel. The website advertises a gym that is still under construction (expected in April 2026) and does not state when the pool season will start. Cleanliness is questionable: I declined housekeeping for several days by putting up a sign, yet they knocked on my door before nine a.m. to clean. On the day I removed the sign, they made the bed but did not clean the bathroom; the towels I had placed on the floor were folded, still damp, and the toilet and sink were clearly not cleaned.

“Great location but,…”

The hotel is not ready to be open yet. Our room felt unfinished, with clear construction issues—the faucet was loose and would come out of the wall when used. Towels had visible stains, which is unacceptable for a new hotel. Cleanliness was below standard. The sink was not properly cleaned (toothpaste marks left behind), and used coffee cups were not replaced daily. Housekeeping entered the room without knocking on our first day. We also discovered that even when the door is locked from the inside, it can still be opened from the outside with a key card, which raises serious privacy concerns. Breakfast was very poor, and we chose to eat elsewhere every day. The “free parking” is misleading—it’s just public street parking, with no dedicated hotel spaces. Overall, this is nowhere near a 4-star hotel. The only reason for the score is the price we paid

“Lovely”

The rooms were clean and very pleasant. The breakfast options could have been a bit more varied but apart from that, everything was lovely; the lady at reception was very polite, kind and helpful. The breakfast options could have been a bit more varied
