The Wi‑Fi was pretty good, and the kitchen staff and food were very friendly. The spa area was close and acceptable. I arrived at 8 pm and got no personal help from reception to find my room; instead I was handed a map to search the dim courtyard myself. The TV in the room didn’t work, so I had to call reception to fix it. The door to the pools only opened at 10 am each day, yet walking around the building allowed free swimming; no one could explain why the door stayed shut until 10 am. I asked several staff members about the length of the swimming pool, but none could answer. The shower handle in the bathroom was very dirty, and water would spill onto the floor even with shower curtains closed, instead of draining properly. The place was also unclean, littered, and dirty. The sign meant to hang on the door handles if you didn’t want to be disturbed was green on both sides instead of red for “Don’t Disturb!”

Everything was fine—accommodation, cleanliness, the thermal water, etc.—but we ran out of mustard for the Gyulai; next time I’ll bring my own! 🤣
