The hotel sits close to what I needed. Staff were very accommodating, always smiling and polite. However, I was assigned a basement room without prior notice. It had a damp smell, and power outages happened frequently, along with Wi‑Fi interruptions. Cell reception was almost non‑existent, so I couldn’t use a hotspot, which was a major issue for my work. The staff didn’t clarify why the Wi‑Fi router wasn’t powered during outages. Even though the toilet was clean, it emitted a foul odor that spoiled the mood. Nearby dining guests were chatting and drinking late into the night, disrupting the peace. The staff should have asked them to keep noise down for other guests.
