A decent hotel at an interesting price. Good location. Better breakfast options nearby. Everything was fine but a little lacking in spirit.

The value was good and the shower pressure was great, but I was upset by the lack of cleanliness: two adult German cockroaches appeared during the day—one in the breakfast room and another in the elevator—an unsettling sight in two separate spots. Even though Hong Kong’s warm, humid weather can attract insects, seeing two adult cockroaches in different areas during daylight was still worrying. The overall cleaning seemed insufficient, though the beds looked clean. I expected higher standards of hygiene and pest control.
