“WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, TOTAL SCAM.”
I absolutely disliked everything about this place. First off, the property isn’t where it says it is; the number is 62, not 63, and the owner knows nothing about it. After a lot of calls and a struggle to find it, the owner told me to look under a lamp where the keys for property 62 were, because there’s no 63 on the street. When I sat on the couch, ticks crawled all over me. I called the owner, who said I should book elsewhere while she looked into it, and I sent many pictures. I then filed a concern and asked for a refund because the place was uninhabitable. She replied that my booking was non‑refundable and asked the owner to waive cancellation fees. After explaining the situation, she blocked me immediately. To my surprise, she also denied my refund request! It feels like she knew what she was doing. The inconvenience forced me to find another hotel in the neighbourhood city. I can’t believe the owner, and I’m 100 % sure it was intentional. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE and I hope it gets blacklisted soon.
