The location, food and staff are solid, but the WIFI is awful—no internet at all, so I couldn’t work on my laptop.

“Not so good experience this time.”

Property is good and location is also convenient. As I booked the property well before 8-9 days before and I booked the king size bed as I always do. But this time when we checked in the staff says that the king size bed is not available right now. You can check in now and we change the room in some time. So we checked in with the two separate bed room and waited for room change But the the day passes and when we reached the property in evening and asked for room change the staff denied it and after so many requests also the staff didn’t change the room so we checked out on the very same day. As we stayed here so many time but this we have not a good experience

The bathroom and shower were a bit of a letdown. Either you got scalding hot water or freezing cold, and there were no towels or napkins to be found. It was a shame, because the rest of the room was clean and comfortable.

The staff in the dining area and at breakfast were friendly and helpful, and the reception staff were okay too. However, the geezer wasn't working, the tea kettle was broken, and there was no water supply to the geezer. It was a bit of a hassle, but the staff did their best to make up for it.

“Best choice in the area, excellent service, good food, clean and comfortable”

I was really impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel - it's definitely the best option if you're visiting Parbhani or Aundha Nagnath. The staff were excellent, and I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The only downside was that the breakfast food wasn't as great on the second day, but the chef was very accommodating and made sure I got what I wanted.
