The staff were amazing—super friendly and attentive.
The hotel has a very family‑oriented vibe, which works great if you’re traveling with kids.
Everything was spot‑on—from the room to the service—nothing could have been better.
The place is right in the middle of everything, which made getting around a breeze, and overall we thought it was excellent.

“Se logró total tranquilidad”
Quiet spot, everything was fine. No complaints at all.
Everything was excellent; the room cleanliness was what I liked most, the bathroom and everything else. Fast Wi‑Fi, optimal air conditioning, spacious room, comfortable bed. They should offer breakfast, at least snacks and drinks. Also it would be good to have contacts for restaurant and pharmacy delivery services.
“Tranquilidad”
The staff were really friendly, always ready with a smile.
