The hotel felt luxurious and spotless, but the TV was a bit dull and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all, so I had to use 4G.

When my family arrived, a 12‑14‑year‑old boy handed us the keys without any front‑desk assistance. Later, when we needed help with the room, no staff were on duty. I called the hotel to explain a late checkout, but no one answered the phone and I couldn’t get through. After waiting 1 h 30 min, the staff added an extra 300 k for the 1 h 30 min (why didn’t they inform us?) The staff attitude was far from friendly, so the overall experience was disappointing.
