“Staff was very welcoming, room was clean”

The rooms were clean, the interior design beautiful, giving a true riad vibe, and the AC worked well; the small breakfast on the roof terrace was nice. However, the two shared bathrooms really need a full renovation—showerheads are falling apart, one bathroom door wouldn’t close or lock, and the sink is in the hallway so everyone can see you washing your face or brushing your teeth.

“The accomodation is basic but in line with the very low price. Perfect location to visit Rabat”

The location is great, right in the heart of the Medina but on a quiet street, only a 4‑5 minute walk from where taxis and cars can drop off or pick up (no cars in the Medina). The staff were very friendly, breakfast was tasty and good value, the room was spacious and pretty, the bed linen clean, and the AC worked. The ensuite bathroom has no roof, so it opens into the bedroom and has its own window; a roof would separate it better. There was no daily cleaning or tidying of the rooms or bathroom, and the bedroom door was a sliding door that was hard to push in and out.

The breakfast, which was an extra cost, offered good value for money. The riad had a lot of humidity, old furniture, and the outdoor bathroom was unpleasant and not in time. Noise from the neighboring room was loud, and parking was very difficult.

The location was good, but it was a very disappointing experience. The water was turned off without any notice while my wife and I were showering, and other residents were also affected. Such a situation without prior information is unacceptable. Additionally, the riad was under renovation during our stay, with loud construction both day and night that sometimes woke us up. There was no rest or peace. Another unsettling issue was that staff tried to enter our room without prior notice, which was frightening and left us feeling unsafe. Other guests, including a group of young Ukrainian travelers, reported similar problems and were also very dissatisfied. Overall, our stay was marked by lack of water, heavy construction noise, and a feeling of lacking privacy and security. We cannot recommend this riad and would definitely not book again.

“Bon accueil mais dommage pour les commodités qui sont dans les parties communes”

The staff, especially Ayman, were very pleasant and helpful. The bathroom and toilets are not in the room, and that lack of privacy is very disturbing.
