The close proximity to Blackpool North Station was convenient, breakfast ran at 07.30 each day without any issues, it was my second stay and the first‑floor room suited me fine; although the room was small, it had everything I needed. The hosts Dean and Alan were great, and the price was really good compared to similar properties. Nothing really stood out as bad—just a typical Blackpool B and B.
