“Confirmed, but blocked and rude staff”
Had the booking confirmed, but when we got there the staff just said “no, I blocked the whole week.” No one called or sent a notice, so we were left hanging. We were given only a minute of attention and the manager was super rude, refusing to even check the details. Service was terrible and the whole experience felt like a complete let‑down.
