The room was fine, but I didn’t like the Starbucks.

The location was good, but the room had dust, the climate control was broken, the sound was loud, and basic items like a toilet paper holder were missing.

The front desk staff were friendly and professional, and check‑in was smooth and quick; there was plenty of parking because the property was fairly empty, and the location was great. The lobby, bar, and restaurant were clean and inviting. However, the room had an unpleasant smell, the closet door stayed open, there was a bit of mold on the shower grout, the pillows were weak even when folded in half, the barista seemed a bit unfriendly and almost rude, and the hot tub wasn’t very hot.

“Very dirty”

Everything was dirty and musty; the bedding had stains, and even the replacement sheets were stained, making the room feel far below the online pictures and very unclean.

“We had a Dr appt and it was close to that appt. Great facilities and we enjoyed the amenities!”

The location was convenient. Nothing else to note.
