“Super Finca mit Vollausstattung”

A very well‑furnished finca: every room has air‑conditioning, there are two fully equipped kitchens with huge fridges, the pool and grounds stay clean (the pool‑robot cleans each morning), and there’s plenty of space. The landlord lives next door and helps when needed (communication in Spanish via translation apps), otherwise the privacy is great. The location is superb, just 3 minutes from Inca with many shops and restaurants, and Palma or Alcudia are 30 minutes away by motorway. The deposit and check‑in are handled through Ideal Property, whose tools and processes are a bit clunky but everything went smoothly.

“Perfekte Entspannung”

On arrival there were drinks and a large fruit basket. The owners were nice and friendly, everything was very clean and well equipped.

Everything is well stocked and the owners are wonderful and very helpful. The barbecue works fine, and the lounge with the pellet heater feels very welcoming. A dream house for summer with a pool, plus a small playground for the kids. In winter the heating runs on a reversible air‑conditioner, which isn’t ideal if you’re sensitive to it compared to traditional heating.

“Voor herhaling vatbaar”

Everything was extremely clean upon arrival, and many little touches were provided to make the stay pleasant, like a bottle of wine, water and fresh fruit. Plenty of supplies such as towels, bathrobes, etc., and the owners were very friendly. The bins were emptied daily, and the pool maintenance was also done daily. Nothing to note.

“Top Top Top , wärmstens zu empfehlen , wir kommen bestimmt noch mal”

The location was perfect, and the owners were incredibly friendly, cozy, and top‑class in terms of equipment—nothing was missing. Every morning the owner was there early, emptying the trash bins and cleaning the pool. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in one room failed; despite the owner's efforts, no technician could be arranged that week, but it was still bearable.
