The room was calm and well‑located, but the pillows were hard, and I had to use room 302 twice; the shower drain was faulty and the hand‑washing area didn’t clear with the drain cleaner, so a professional should fix it.

The spot was good, inexpensive, clean, the bed comfy, and the room had AC; the elevator worked and the reception was efficient, even with online check‑in. The shower leaked a bit, the fridge next to the bed made noise, and you could hear other guests moving around, which depends on how deep your sleep is; the building is under internal restoration, looks dated, and isn’t very welcoming when you go up.
