The room was huge, just as shown in the photos, and very comfortable. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. A plus is that they give you a complimentary shower room to freshen up when you leave the hotel. Some staff members are oddly unfriendly, not as courteous as one would expect.

The place is spotless and close to both the beach and a supermarket. However, there was no room‑service for food and drinks; you had to go to the restaurants to get them.

The location is great and near beautiful spots. The number of palapas is insufficient for the resort’s capacity, and sometimes the beach staff show little willingness to help.

Perfect for families and large groups. The apartment is spacious, well‑equipped, and clean. The sheets and towels are fresh. Parking is good. I would stay again. The spring mattress made a little noise, but nothing too bothersome.
