“Discusting and unfit even for an animal to stay in”
Nothing. On arrival after driving 6 hours to reach Cornwall from London we arrived to a very filthy caravan, it had not been cleaned, dirty beds, sodden towels piled high on kitchen floor, pubic hairs everywhere in the shower, dirty toilet. Filthy dirty carpets, unclean floors, broken furniture, dirty crockery still left in the sink. This caravan was based on Trevella holiday park as a private sublet. He has not cooperated in this situation with refunding 3 nights. We had to leave and find another property with an elderly 87 year old with us. Read above comments. I have already submitted a complaint to customer services who are supposed to answer within 24 hours of submitting the complaint so perhaps your customer services can respond
