“Hotel not close to railway or in the City Centre. Hotel appears to be in a residential area”

The room was big for the price and the air‑con and Wi‑Fi worked fine, plus the staff did what they could to help. Unfortunately the fridge never cooled even though the handyman swore it was fine, and both the bathroom and the room could use a proper deep clean. The lobby looks a bit drab – empty display cabinets and a dated dining area – so the entrance could use a bit of sprucing up.

Overall the hotel is decent and the free laundry with washer and dryer is a nice perk; the bed was large and comfy and the room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The biggest let‑down was discovering our “standard” room had no window or ventilation – the photos were just a mock‑up – and they tried to charge us 100 yuan a night for a windowed room, which we declined.

The hotel staff were genuinely friendly, even leaving fruit in the room and upgrading us to a nicer room at no extra cost; the space was roomy and looked nice. On the downside, the property sits far out of town in an unappealing area, and we ran into cockroaches that the staff didn’t seem surprised by – we had to request insecticide ourselves. Because of that, I can’t recommend staying here.

“Amazing”

Checked in late at night and the receptionist handled everything smoothly and professionally. The whole team stayed helpful throughout the stay, so I’ll definitely choose this place again next time I’m in Beijing.

The hotel sits in a very quiet residential neighbourhood and the room was spacious with all the amenities you’d need, plus the breakfasts were tasty. Staff were courteous and attentive, making the stay pleasant overall.
