“Great beach and amazing chef, rooms need a makeover”
The highlight of our stay was definitely the location and the food: the beautiful sandy beach is just a few steps away and free sunbeds are available—just double‑check which ones belong to which hotel because they all look the same. Dinner was a set menu that turned out to be absolutely delicious, and the chef deserves a huge shoutout for being amazing and even preparing a completely different meal for my son when the standard option wasn’t suitable for him. The rooms really need a full makeover, but the A/C worked great and the beds were comfortable enough. The staff is trying hard and is super nice, giving the place a great vibe and so much potential—I really hope the owners fully renovate the rooms soon because this could be an amazing hotel! The room itself was simply unacceptable: although they were attempting some renovations like a fresh coat of paint, the overall space felt completely uninviting and fell far below my basic standards. We were supposedly 'upgraded' to a family suite with two bedrooms, yet one of the bedrooms had absolutely no lighting—just bare wires hanging from the ceiling where the lamp should have been. The towels were very worn, and some of the sheets clearly had nasty-looking stains on them, so I had to change them myself because I’d rather not end up pregnant from a hotel bed.
