The location was excellent in a quiet, yet very central area, and close to the vaporetto stops; the staff were friendly and helpful, and the value for money was great compared to typical Venice prices. The room was clean, but the wool blanket on the bed was missing, and having window screens would have been handy.

The location was absolutely perfect for us, a very quiet spot. The host communication was excellent. I’d suggest parking at Terminal Fusina if you’re driving; the vaporetto takes 12/20 minutes to get 500 m from the hotel. Unfortunately the built‑in air‑conditioning didn’t work, so a portable unit was set up, taking up some space in the already small room and blocking one of the two windows that were needed for the exhaust vent. The value for money isn’t the best, but that’s a general issue in Venice; in fact, it turned out to be the cheapest property that met my desired criteria (location, reception, etc.).

La posizione è ottima, in quartiere suggestivo e molto silenzioso. Il letto è comodo. Il bagno è in ordine, la doccia ampia. La pulizia generale è buona. La colazione, servita in camera perché non c'è un'area comune, è essenziale ma sufficiente. Suggerisco le camere al primo piano. La camera al piano terra è molto piccola e umida, c'è lo spazio solo per un comodino. La tappezzeria di tessuto è decisamente vecchia e polverosa
