Our stay was enhanced by the hotel's friendly and accommodating staff, who went out of their way to make us and our pet feel welcome.
The bathroom was modern and well-maintained, but the breakfast options could have been more varied.

Breakfast for guests with dogs was convenient; there was a good fresh selection of breakfast items; all major attractions were easily reachable on foot; the staff were attentive and friendly.
The breakfast was great, and the staff were consistently very friendly.
The place was clean and the location was great, but the staff didn’t speak Dutch at all.

The staff were very courteous and friendly. We booked three single rooms with terraces that were right next to each other, which added extra comfort to our stay. Breakfast was fantastic and left no wishes unfulfilled; items were promptly replenished when they ran out. The evening atmosphere in the lounge bar was relaxed and the staff were very nice. The hotel’s location was also excellent, with the city center, Zwischenahner Meer, and the Park der Gärten all easily reachable. Over our three days there was nothing negative that stood out.
