The location is good, but the noise level was too high; the room faced the street and everything could be heard. People passed by in the early morning talking, shouting, and making noise, and it was all audible from the street.
“Excelente atención”
The hotel staff's exceptional kindness was a highlight of my stay, but everything else was equally impressive.
“Pésimo servicio, no respetan las reservas y son groseros con el huésped”
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was marred by subpar service, a lack of communication, and a generally dismissive attitude from the reception staff, leaving us without a room and without any assistance.
This hotel boasts an exceptional staff, characterized by their professionalism and warm hospitality, making for a truly memorable stay.
