The staff were super welcoming and caring, and the location of this hotel is great. The window was old and couldn’t be closed, so it didn’t provide enough sound insulation from the street (fortunately, it’s one‑way).

The reception was friendly and the breakfast was good, but there was no shower curtain, the comfort was basic, and the lighting and equipment could use improvement.

The place was quiet and close to local shops, with nothing to complain about.

The hotel felt a bit gloomy, yet it was mostly clean even though some sheets had stains, and the staff were great; the overall vibe was the only downside.

The location was fantastic, the staff were very friendly, there was a beverage and coffee dispenser, a library, and tourist information available, and there was nothing negative.
