The view from the heights of Cachi was beautiful, and we were offered a financial compensation that was accepted. However, the overall experience was very bad: the reception was cold and minimal, we couldn't get a double bed as requested (probably a mix‑up in the listing description), and the room had not been cleaned at all. The sheets were dirty, full of hair and crumbs, so we had to sleep on a single bed (the least dirty one) for two people. Luckily we received financial compensation because the value for money was absolutely not there. They’re not a hotel and are the cheapest in the area, but that’s no excuse for being unfriendly and not cleaning rooms. A real disappointment compared to earlier reviews.
