Very friendly and attentive staff, excellent food, and beautiful rooms. The spa had everything you need and the lake view was great. There was a construction site in front of our room, but that won’t last forever.

A very comfortable place run by a kind, welcoming family. I was upgraded to a larger, modern room with a beautiful mountain view. The pool, restaurant, extensive breakfast buffet, and South Tyrolean dinners were fantastic. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff and great facilities. Road noise can be an issue if you leave the windows open.

I always come back. The chef and the hotel manager personally look after the guests’ wellbeing, making you feel at home, and the food is excellent. It’s right on Haidersee. I can’t find anything negative.
