Location-wise, it couldn’t be better—right in the center next to the cathedral on a beautiful street, and emailing the owner/reception was pleasant and effective. However, not everything was properly cleaned: there was a smudge on the bed linen and on one towel, the bed felt quite hard, and everything looked a bit worn. Reception hours were limited to 0900‑1600 with no breakfast before 0900.

The spot was good, the hotel service was solid, the room was comfortable with coffee and a fridge, but the breakfast was very basic.
