Everything was wonderful, but Germán’s service was the best part of our stay – he was attentive, friendly and helpful, pointing us to many local spots in Asturias beyond the usual tourist trail. We spent almost two weeks there, enjoying the region daily. His restaurant is superb, clearly run by people who love what they do and tend to every detail. We give it a 100 % recommendation and were delighted to stay and eat there. Nothing was lacking.

We spent five wonderful days at Cal Xabú. From the first moment we felt very welcome and at home. The atmosphere was very warm and we received excellent tips, for example for hikes. We appreciated the breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed the two dinners – the quality was truly high. We will gladly return.
