The spot is spot on – easy to get to, staff were quick and helpful, and the whole place feels a bit fancy.

“Não voltaria”

Location was fine, but everything else was a nightmare. Old furniture, a wardrobe with no door, paintings all splattered with something red (not sure if it was blood), a grimy lamp. The bathroom tap wouldn’t shut off. And the front desk? Not a single courtesy. I didn’t even know there were cutlery in the room – asked if they could lend me some to eat, and they just said no. All in all, a terrible experience.

“Poderia ter sido muito melhor”

The place is in a good spot, but the housekeeping was a mess. Cleanliness was spotty and the linen changes were delayed.

Moema is a solid neighborhood with everything you need – metro stations, good restaurants, and this hotel sits right in the middle of it all.
